1. Who we are
Lambda Automation Development ("Lambda", "we", "us") operates the lambda.dev platform. You can reach us at info@lambda.dev.
2. Data we collect
When you use our platform we may collect:
- Account data — email address and hashed password when you register.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, and IP address.
- Content data — code files, chat messages, and attachments you create within the platform.
- ERP data — data exchanged with connected ERP systems (bexio, SAP Business One) is processed on your behalf and stored encrypted.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to understand how our site is used. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner.

If you decline cookies, Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode and collects only aggregated, non-identifying data.
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will cause the consent banner to reappear.
4. How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the platform
- To authenticate your account
- To execute automation scripts on your behalf
- To improve our services based on aggregated usage patterns
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Google Analytics — aggregated usage data (with your consent)
- Azure — infrastructure provider (data processing agreement in place)
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — chat messages are sent to LLM providers for AI processing. Messages are not used for model training under our API agreements.
- ERP providers — data is sent to your connected ERP system (bexio, SAP) as instructed by you.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Azure data centers in West Europe. ERP credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@lambda.dev.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
